Hello,
inform you that on November 14 pv 10 hours will be held at the Sala Pietro da Cortona in a Capitol meeting with the Palestinian Nafez Assaily librarian, founder of LOWNP - Library on Wheels for Nonviolence and Peace (Mobile Library for Nonviolence and Peace) which is based (it so to speak, since it is a walking library!) in Hebron, West Bank.
The request to spread this news has reached us from Sinnos, Soc. Social non-profit organization that has promoted, together with other bodies, the trip to Italy to Nafez, in order to raise awareness of library experience so special.
Nafez is interested in meeting librarians and cultural workers and for this, in addition to participating initiative on 14 November, it might be interesting to organize a special meeting at any library in the province, particularly where they are made in the field of multicultural experiences and projects, keeping in mind that the dates still available are: 13, 17, 18:19 November.
Among other things we could also use the blog to exchange information on the activities of libraries in this field. What do you think?
